In the third quarter of 2024, the Lithuanian market witnessed notable performance trends among the top News and Magazines apps on the Android platform. According to data from Sensor Tower, these apps demonstrated diverse patterns in downloads and user engagement.

LRT.lt saw its weekly downloads fluctuate throughout the quarter, starting at approximately 761 in early July and rising to 795 by the end of September.

Hindi News by Dainik Bhaskar maintained a consistent download pattern, with numbers ranging from around 98 to 166 weekly. Active users showed a steady increase from 1.5K to over 1.8K by the quarter's end, indicating growing user engagement.

Tomorrow's Affairs displayed a significant surge in downloads towards the end of September, reaching 636 in the week of September 23. This was accompanied by an increase in active users, peaking at 1.3K during the same period.

Way2News Daily News App experienced a gradual decline in weekly downloads, starting at 109 in early July and dropping to 39 by the end of September. However, the app maintained a relatively stable number of active users, fluctuating between 5K and 6K throughout the quarter.

Finally, Shuru:Public News & Local News saw modest download numbers, peaking at 96 in early September. Active user trends showed a slight increase, reaching 1K in early September before tapering off to 902 by the end of the quarter.
